Credit Licence
Web 3 Retail Ltd is a licensed credit broker authorised to offer credit via a third party to its customers, we will respond to all consumer queries related to this within 48hrs.
Our Consumer Credit Licence Number is 638291 issued by the Office of Fair Trading.
Payment plans available
We offer 3 choices of finance options:
Paylater, short term loan, you simply pay a one-off, upfront fee followed by 3 monthly payments, this is available on purchases form £100 up to £1000.
Interest Free Credit over 6 months, minimum amount of credit £1000.
Classic Credit over 12, 24 or 36 months, minimum amount of credit £1000, this is available at agreed interest rates, please see application form for further details.
How does Credit Work?
1. Credit is available on all purchases over £100 to a maximum value of £5000.
2. To apply for Credit, select the finance option at the checkout page. On the next screen select the payment terms and deposit you require and click apply for finance.
3. You will now be diverted to the application form for your Credit plan. Enter all of the information that is applicable to you. Once the form has been completed and submitted, you will be given the option of either printing off the application form or request that the forms be sent to you in the post.
4. The finance company will then process your application. Normally you will receive an instant decision. We will only dispatch your order once we have received notification that your application has been successful.
Exceptions
Discount, promotional codes and cash-back websites cannot be used in conjunction with Credit related purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Order Returns
Please note when considering returning items bought with Credit, the order must be returned in full to Web3 Retail Ltd or their suppliers, whichever is appropriate.
This means that if, for example, you have purchased 3 items through Credit but would like to return 1 of those items it will not be possible to do this, all 3 items must be returned back to us in full.
Declined Credit Applications
If your application is declined by the finance company, you will be notified after submitting the online form.
You will have the option to print the declined letter which will provide you with an overview of why your application has been cancelled.
You also have the option to request your credit details from Experian for an administrative fee of £2. You will need to post a cheque, along with your name and address details to the address below.
